We deliver our products domestically within India and internationally to multiple countries. Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on the delivery destination, courier partner, and service type selected.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-traffic periods (festivals, sales), processing time may increase.

3. Shipping Rates (Estimated)

Below are baseline shipping charges for a single saree (approx. weight: 500g–1kg).
Charges may change based on weight, packaging size, courier availability, and destination.

These prices are base estimates for 0.5–1 kg packages.
If the order contains multiple sarees or heavier fabric items, shipping will be calculated based on actual or volumetric weight.


4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • International shipments may incur customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, depending on the destination country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

  • Customers are responsible for paying such charges directly to their customs authorities or courier service.


5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with a tracking number.

  • You may track your shipment using the courier partner’s website or tracking link.


6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address,

  • Failed delivery attempts,

  • Refusal to pay customs fees,

  • Recipient unavailable,

Reshipping costs will apply and initial shipping fees will not be refunded.


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery timelines may be affected due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Regional holidays

  • Political or logistic restrictions

We cannot guarantee delivery dates in such cases.
