Refund and Returns Policy

We value handcrafted, exclusive, and boutique-curated garments.
Due to product nature and hygiene concerns:

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.


1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sarees

  • Custom stitched apparel

  • Handloom or handcrafted items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Made-to-order garments

  • Accessories

  • International shipments


2. Damage or Wrong Product

You may request a resolution ONLY IF:

  • The product received is damaged,

  • The product is defective,

  • The item delivered is incorrect.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide unboxing video from start to finish.

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

If validated, we may:

  • Re-ship the same product

  • Provide a store credit

  • Issue refund (case-by-case approval)


3. Color, Texture & Variation

Handcrafted textiles may vary in:

  • Shade

  • Weave

  • Patterns

  • Embroidery

  • Fabric weight

These are not defectsno refund or return.


4. Canceling Orders

Orders may be canceled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, they cannot be canceled.


5. Refund Timeline

Refunds (if approved) will be issued:

  • As store credit, or

  • To original payment method

Processing time depends on banks/payment gateways.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
